Important Notice Before Sending Your Items

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Items will not be replaced or refunded, in full or in part, regardless of tracking, scan, or delivery status. It is your personal choice to mail items with or without tracking, and you do so entirely at your own risk. For the best outcome, please read and follow these instructions carefully.

Step One — Purchase Your Ticket and Select Options

Before preparing your item, ensure that your ticket is purchased through the official website.

If you would like an inscription added to your item, you must include it while placing your order.

Inscription requests cannot be added later, so double-check your ticket details carefully

Step Two — Prepare Your Item for Signing

All items must be removed from original packaging before mailing to avoid delays.
Make sure your label is placed directly on the item list to keep everything organized.

For Cards and Flat Items:

Write your full name on a sticky note and attach it to the back of the item.

Attach a sticky note on the front with clear instructions:

For Balls, Bats, Helmets, Jerseys, and Other Non-Flat Items:

Use sticky notes for instructions and attach them with painter’s tape to a piece of paper secured to your item. Include detailed instructions: The exact location where you want the signature Preferred ink color Requested inscriptions, if anyWhether you require a COA

Tip: Following these preparation steps helps avoid confusion during the signing process.

Step Three — Include Return Postage with Your Package

Return postage is mandatory for your item to be shipped back. Without it, your package will not be returned.

• Include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) for smaller items like cards and flats.
• For larger collectibles, include a prepaid shipping label inside the package.
• Your item will not ship back until the signing event is completed.
• If the signing gets rescheduled, additional time may be required for return shipping.
• Items sent without proper return postage will incur a $15 handling fee before being returned.

Step Four — Follow Deadlines Carefully

To ensure your item is included in the event:

• Mail your item before the specified deadline mentioned on your ticket.
• Items arriving after the deadline may not be processed for signing.
